Rathish K

Rathish K has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Rathish is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at BeepKart since May 2022. Prior to this, they were employed as a Senior Engineering Manager at Walmart Global Tech India from November 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Walmart, Rathish worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Walmart Global Tech India from June 2019 to June 2020. Rathish also served as a Lead Software Engineer at IamHere Software Labs from April 2017 to May 2019. Rathish's earlier experiences include roles as a Software Development Engineer at Flipkart from September 2014 to March 2017, a Member Technical Staff at NetApp from November 2011 to September 2014, and a Senior Member Technical Staff at Oracle Corporation from March 2011 to November 2011. Rathish started their career as a Software Engineer at Citrix Systems in April 2007, where they worked on testing load balancing, server health monitoring, and web 2.0 functionality using Perl. Rathish also had internships at Citrix Systems in November 2006 and as a Summer Intern at Citrix Systems and NetScaler in 2006 and 2005 respectively.

Rathish K has a diverse education history. Rathish obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Annamalai University. In 2013, Rathish earned a Master's Degree in Psychology from Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai.

Before delving into the field of psychology, Rathish completed a two-year MS program in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, starting in 2010 and ending in 2012. Their undergraduate degree is a BTech in IT, which they acquired from PSG College of Technology from 2003 to 2007.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Rathish has also obtained a certification in AI For Everyone from Coursera in March 2019.
