Jolente Schouten

Jolente Schouten is currently the Head of People & Culture at Beequip MKB Equipment Lease. Previously, she was the Owner of Factors Coaching Interim Management Training for 10 years. In her role, she specialized in guiding organizations through the transition to HR Business Partner, managing HR project management tasks such as recruitment and performance management. Jolente has also worked with clients such as Damen Shipyards, Iron Mountain, and P&O Ferries. With a background in business administration and psychology, she is experienced in individual and team coaching, as well as setting up and facilitating teambuilding programs.
