Katie Mather

Katie Mather is an accomplished editor and writer with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Editor of Something's Brewing magazine at the Beverage Standards Association since July 2025, Katie also holds the position of Deputy Editor & Wine Content Lead at Pellicle, where involvement began in March 2021. Additional roles include Writer and Acting Editor In Chief (Paternity Cover) at Beer52.com, Owner of Seed Copywriting, and Search Engine Optimization Consultant at GETERBREWED. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Content Writer at Viator and Co-Owner at Corto. Early career roles include Food and Drink Writer at LancsLive and Content Marketing Executive at both Burnley College and Themis Burnley. Katie holds a BA Honours Degree in Journalism from Leeds Trinity University, obtained in 2010.
