Beers Mallers Attorneys At Law

Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality general-practice legal services in a timely and efficient manner through the combined efforts of attorneys concentrating in various areas of law. Our firm traces its roots back to 1901 with the founding of Kennerk & Somers. 1984 saw the merger of Dumas Backs Salin & Vegeler (originally Kennerk & Somers) with Adair Perry Beers Mallers & Larmore, leading to the creation of Beers Mallers Backs & Salin, LLP. Our firm has more than doubled in size since then, a testament to the results we achieve for our clients and the level of service we provide. Our clients range from individuals and families to Fortune 500 companies. We handle all legal matters that impact our clients’ business, personal and professional lives. This includes business and corporate law, real estate and land use, employment law, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, elder law and Medicaid planning, estate planning and administration, litigation, and municipal law. The majority of our clients are located in Northeast Indiana. Today, Beers Mallers consists of 20 attorneys and 27 staff members and administration. Adam Henry is Managing Partner of the firm and is joined by Heidi Adair and Kurt Bachman as members of the Executive Committee.
