Eduardo I. Juárez Leal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eduardo I. began their career at ITESM, INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING RESEARCH CENTER, where they worked as a Consultant and Researcher from 2003 to 2005. Eduardo I. then joined AMI General Electric International as a Project Engineer from 2005 to 2006. At VITRO, they served as a Technology Specialist from 2006 to 2009.
In 2008, Eduardo joined British American Tobacco, where they held various positions. Eduardo I. worked as a Senior Business Analyst from 2008 to 2010, and then became an IT Senior Project Delivery Manager from 2010 to 2011. In this role, they coordinated complex and large projects, including a Regulation Compliance initiative. Eduardo I. also implemented changes in the manufacturing process for Canadian cigarette production.
From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an IT Account Manager at British American Tobacco, overseeing supply chain and corporate services. In 2013, they joined Imperial Tobacco Canada as the Head of Information Technology for Canada and Mexico, and later transitioned to the role of IT Business Engagement Manager for Trade & Marketing from 2013 to 2015.
Eduardo's next career move was to Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held several positions from 2016 to 2022. Eduardo I. started as the Global Director Demand - Supply & Logistics Solutions from 2016 to 2022. In 2018, they took on the roles of Group Director Solutions Delivery - Commercial Platforms and Group Director Digital Solutions, both of which they held until 2022.
Currently, Eduardo is working at BEES as the Director of Software Engineering, a role they have held since 2016. Eduardo I. also has experience as the E-commerce Product & Eng Director and currently serves as the Global VP of Product & Eng - BEES e-commerce.
Eduardo I. Juárez Leal received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 1997 to 2001. Eduardo I. then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Engineering from ITESM Campus Monterrey from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they earned a diploma in Applied Math, Signals and Systems, Engineering Economy, and Nuclear Energy from Grenoble INP - UGA in 2001.
