Michael Rooths Jr

Michael Rooths Jr has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Michael started their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2008 and 2009 as a Software Engineer. Michael then worked at Battelle as a Software Engineer for a brief period in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, Michael worked at United Technologies as a Computer Engineer, where they served as the Software Project and Technical Lead for the Boeing 787 program. Michael collaborated with various departments, oversaw software suppliers, and ensured compliance with quality standards.

In 2015, Michael joined Insight as a Software Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2020. Their responsibilities included developing software solutions, and they held these positions until 2021. Next, they joined Anheuser-Busch as the Director of Software Engineering and later worked as a Principal Machine Learning Engineer until 2023.

Currently, Michael is the Global Director of Machine Learning at BEES, where they started their tenure in December 2023.

Michael Rooths Jr attended the University of Dayton from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "Working with Prehire Assessments" from LinkedIn, "Expert Insights on Leading with Emotional Intelligence" and "Expert Insights on Mindsets" from Skillsoft, and "HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate" from HashiCorp in November 2020.
