Pedro Duarte

Pedro Duarte has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Pedro started their career as a Management Processes Intern at Paraná Clínicas in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Logistic and Processes Intern at Posigraf. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Mondelēz International. In 2016, they joined JBS as a Trainee and later worked as a Production Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Global Project Specialist, and Global Continuous Improvement Coordinator. In 2021, they worked at EBANX as a Process Excellence Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Global Product Operations Lead at BEES, where they previously served as a Product Operations Senior Manager.

Pedro Duarte completed their education in Industrial Engineering, earning a Bachelor's degree from FAE Centro Universitário in 2013. Pedro then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Business Process Management from PUC Minas, graduating in 2018. In 2023, Pedro is expected to complete an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In addition to their academic qualifications, Pedro has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Escola EDTI, and ISO 9001 Auditor - Quality Certification from PRODEG.
