Oleksandra Kudrytska

Oleksandra Kudrytska is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently employed at Beetroot since May 2021, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, market research, and collaboration with clients in Ukrainian and EU markets. Oleksandra has progressed from an intern to a Middle-level role during this tenure. Prior to Beetroot, Oleksandra worked as a Talent Sourcer at Genesis Tech for a short period, a Recruitment Researcher at Skill, Will & Partners, and a Recruitment Intern at Weblium, gaining comprehensive experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes. Oleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and also participated in an exchange program in International Business at European-University Viadrina.
