Andreas Tuffentsammer

Andreas Tuffentsammer is a culinary and business consultant with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Founder of Lemon Labs Berlin since August 2023 and the CEO of AT Investment & Consulting GmbH since January 2022, Andreas Tuffentsammer also runs a personal consulting business, andreastuffentsammer.de, established in 2014. As a Co-Founder of Beets&Roots GmbH since 2016 and the Head Chef & General Manager at Hotel & Restaurant Ole Deele from 2009 to 2014, Andreas Tuffentsammer gained notable recognition by receiving the 2011 Michelin Star Award, becoming the youngest Michelin Star Chef in Germany, and authored "The Ole Deele Cookbook."
