Cooper Sale is an accomplished professional in engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Currently serving as an Assembly Supervisor and Industrial Engineer at BEGA North America since May 2023, Cooper has previously held the position of Project Engineer II at The Walsh Group, where responsibility included overseeing a $26.5 million project aimed at enhancing a water reclamation facility's processing capacity. Additional experience includes a role as Solution Lead - Student Consultant at Altria, where analysis of flavor mixing operations led to solutions focused on preventing musculoskeletal disorders and leveraging exoskeleton technology. Prior internships at The Walsh Group, Town of Erie, and Ironbridge Manufacturing provided foundational experience in project engineering and mechanical assembly.
