Youssef Barnetche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business continuity management across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at BEGA North America since December 2022, Youssef previously worked as a Lean Consultant at LeanVal, where expertise was applied to enhance performance indicators in manufacturing and service sectors. Youssef's long tenure at Medtronic included roles such as Continuous Improvement Program Manager, where Youssef led operational excellence initiatives, and Environmental, Health and Safety Manager, overseeing compliance for over 4,300 employees. Youssef's initial experience also encompasses sales engineering at Arrow Electronics and an engineering internship at Medtronic.
