Ben Lucas

Ben Lucas has extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as the Global IT Operations Manager at Beggars Group since August 2016, after progressing through roles as an Infrastructure Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Ben worked at AKQA as an IT Support Analyst from December 2014 to August 2016, and held the position of Senior IT Engineer at ReSources UK from August 2011 to December 2014, previously known as Chemistry Communications Group. Other previous roles include IT Engineer at Chemistry Communications Group and Apprentice IT Network Engineer at Richmond upon Thames College. Ben commenced a career as a Telecom Engineer at TelecomHelp Ltd and obtained a Foundation Degree in Computing (Network Specialist) from Kingston University between 2007 and 2009.
