Kate Flavin has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as the East Coast Publishing Manager at Beggars Music since April 2015, focusing on Sync and A&R. Prior roles include Licensing & Copyright Coordinator and Film/TV Licensing Assistant at Matador Records, and a long-term position as Editor for the Boston music blog Pilgrims of Sound. Additional experience includes working as a Promotional Assistant at Rainmaker PR and as an Editorial Assistant at Cambridge Editors. Kate Flavin holds a BA in English and Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews, earned between 2003 and 2007.
