Sonya Kolowrat

Sonya Kolowrat is an experienced communications and publicity professional currently serving as the VP of Communications and Press and US Head Of Catalog at Beggars Group since June 2004. In this role, Sonya manages worldwide corporate public relations, leads national press campaigns for notable artists, and oversees corporate and catalog social media efforts. Previous positions include Senior Director of Publicity at Beggars Group, where Sonya developed impactful press campaigns, and Label Manager & Executive Assistant at Festival Five Records, focusing on day-to-day operations. Sonya also owned Midnight Feeding PR, running all aspects of a boutique PR firm, and began a career in public relations at Rykodisc/Palm Pictures, rising to Senior Publicist. Sonya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Berklee College of Music.
