Jon Hesby has advised pharmaceutical companies on their sales and marketing issues for 30 years. He uses advanced analytics to help pharmaceutical companies enhance commercial performance. He has worked with emerging and established pharmaceutical companies on sales force sizing and structure, sales force deployment, incentive compensation, forecasting, and more. Jon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, with a double major in industrial engineering and economics. He joined Beghou Consulting after 11 years at a global sales and marketing consultancy.
