Dr. Thilo Pfrang is the CEO and Founder of behamics, a company founded in 2019. Dr. Thilo is also a Lecturer in Behavioral Economics and Digital Marketing at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since October 2020. Prior to that, they held similar roles as a Lecturer in Behavioral Economics and Digital Marketing at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz starting from June 2019 and at GS1 Switzerland starting from June 2018. Dr. Thilo was a Managing Partner and Behavioral Scientist at BSC St.Gallen from December 2015 to December 2018. In addition, Dr. Pfrang worked as a Project Manager at MS Direct AG from May 2016 to October 2018. Dr. Thilo also served as a Research Associate at the Universität St.Gallen - Hochschule für Wirtschafts-, Rechts- und Sozialwissenschaften from April 2011 to March 2016. Dr. Pfrang was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in June 2015. Dr. Thilo gained experience as an Intern in Marketing & Sales at Daimler AG from March 2010 to April 2010, and as an Intern in an applied research project at YouGov Deutschland AG from September 2009 to April 2010.

Dr. Thilo Pfrang started their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2005 and 2008. They then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Distribution Management and Marketing from The University of Göttingen from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Dr. Pfrang simultaneously studied at the University of St.Gallen, where they obtained a Doctor of Economics (Dr. oec. HSG) degree in Behavioral Economics. Additionally, in the same year, they briefly studied Statistics and Consumer Behavior at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
