Elizabeth Callahan, MA, BCBA, currently serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Behavior Therapy Associates since January 2023. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Clinical Director at Attain ABA from February to November 2022. Elizabeth's extensive experience includes a role as Director of Clinical Services and Regional BCBA at KIPP New Jersey, where responsibilities involved creating policies and providing direct consultation, assessments, and training across 14 schools. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Clinical Director at The Bedrock Clinic & Research Center, where Elizabeth managed and trained Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA clinicians. Elizabeth began the career path as a Home ABA Therapist and has also worked as an instructor and assistant to behavior analysts. Elizabeth earned an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and is pursuing further education at Quinnipiac University and Florida Institute of Technology.

Behavior Therapy Associates (BTA) provides clinical services, consultation and training using evidence-based approaches within the context of sensitivity and compassion while recognizing the uniqueness of each individual and setting. BTA is a private group practice that was founded in 1979 by Dr. Steven B. Gordon to provide clinical treatment, consultation and training using the methods associated with behavioral and cognitive therapies. The group practice combines the skills and talents of licensed professionals, board certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and certified school psychologists to provide the highest quality of service possible.
