Katherine Decotiis Wiedemann

Katherine DeCotiis Wiedemann is an accomplished Behavior Consultant with extensive experience in special education and behavior analysis. Currently employed at Behavior Therapy Associates since January 2020 and at Every Child Behavior Solutions since December 2015, Katherine has a strong background in evaluating and implementing special education programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and providing individualized support for students with diverse needs. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Consultant at RethinkEd and a School District Specialist at The Uncommon Thread, where Katherine trained educational staff and collaborated on student IEPs. Katherine also served as a Program Director and Program Supervisor/Behavior Analyst at various organizations, developing and supervising ABA programs while conducting clinical training and parent workshops. Katherine holds a PhD in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a BCBA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology, and degrees in Elementary Education and Theater, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive educational foundation.
