Rebecca Schulman, Psy.D., BCBA-D, is a seasoned psychologist currently serving at Behavior Therapy Associates since July 2016. With a focus on evidence-based clinical services and training, Rebecca contributes to the sensitivity and compassion within the practice. As co-founder and Director of Operations at ThinkPsych LLC, Rebecca oversees the development of innovative products in education and psychology. Additionally, as Program Director for the HI-STEP Summer Social Skills Program, Rebecca enhances children's social-emotional skills through structured activities. Prior experience includes roles at prominent institutions such as the Center for Effective School Practices and Bellevue Hospital Center, where expertise in psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions was developed. Rebecca holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since May 2014.

Behavior Therapy Associates (BTA) provides clinical services, consultation and training using evidence-based approaches within the context of sensitivity and compassion while recognizing the uniqueness of each individual and setting. BTA is a private group practice that was founded in 1979 by Dr. Steven B. Gordon to provide clinical treatment, consultation and training using the methods associated with behavioral and cognitive therapies. The group practice combines the skills and talents of licensed professionals, board certified behavior analysts (BCBA) and certified school psychologists to provide the highest quality of service possible.
