Eric Nilson is currently serving as a First Responder and VA Specialist at Behavioral Crossroads, LLC, providing outpatient treatment for Veterans, First Responders, and professionals since June 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Shift Commander (Lieutenant) at the Atlantic County Department of Public Safety from April 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included command leadership, physical security procedures development, and policy implementation.
