Behavioral Family Solutions
Ana Almeyda has a robust background in behavioral therapy and martial arts instruction. Currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Family Solutions since November 2020, Ana also works as a Mixed Martial Arts Instructor at Freestyle Fighting Academy since January 2020. Previously, Ana held the position of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Way Day Services Inc. from April 2017 to March 2023. Ana earned a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University, completing the program in May 2023, after obtaining an undergraduate degree from the same institution between 2016 and 2020. Ana's educational foundation began at the International Studies Preparatory Academy from 2013 to 2016.

Behavioral Family Solutions is a private agency with over 25 years of experience in providing the highest quality therapeutic services to children and their families. Services are provided by highly trained and skilled staff such as BCBA’s, BCABA’s, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Applied Behavioral Analysis ABA is a procedure that uses the principles of behavior modification. Through observation, we gather data and customize a plan based on your child’s needs and circumstances. Our goal is to target behavioral difficulties through the use of data analysis and implement behavior modification to ensure that the child masters important skills to achieve their highest potential. Our Goals are: -Increase adaptive skills of children -Increase functioning in the community and home setting -Decrease maladaptive behaviors -Increase independence and assist in attaining developmental milestones
