Behavioral Framework
Kayla Llena is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the field of behavioral analysis and clinical supervision. Currently serving as a Clinical Quality Auditor, Assessment Coordinator, Lead Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Framework since January 2021, Kayla has previously held the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst at National Therapy Center from March 2019 to December 2020. In this role, responsibilities included supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians, designing programs for children with autism and developmental delays, providing early intervention services, and preparing data-driven progress reports. Kayla holds a Master of Education in Special Education and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
