Melissa Solt

Melissa Solt possesses extensive experience in behavioral health and education, focusing on students with Autism and special needs. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Behavioral Health Associates since August 2022, Melissa tracks student progress and develops lesson plans across three levels. Prior to this, a role at Jim Thorpe Area School District involved supporting special education students during the extended school year. Additional experience includes working as a Lead Gym Trainer at NEPA Inclusive, where Melissa facilitated activities for children with various behavioral challenges, and as an Instruction Aide at CARBON LEHIGH IU 21, providing support to both non-verbal and verbal students. Previous roles also include teaching traditional kindergarten and dance, with foundational education in Elementary Education from Penn State University.
