David Kniffin

David Kniffin serves as the Director of Admissions and Call Center Operations at Behavioral Health Centers since March 2019, managing the Admissions and Marketing Department for a multi-location substance abuse and mental health treatment center and overseeing the implementation of call center technology. As the Owner/Operator of DGK Consulting LLC since January 2016, David Kniffin has provided consulting services to various businesses, specializing in call center setup and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Admissions Advisor at Unity Recovery Group from August 2012 to March 2015 and Senior Verification Specialist at G4S from August 2010 to 2012. David Kniffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
