Larry Horne

Larry joined BHR's management team in 2016. Beginning in Spokane with Lutheran Community Services as a clinician and then director of child welfare services, Larry has spent his entire professional career in the arena of quality management and improvement. Larry next worked for the State of Nevada where he wrote the state’s first quality management plan for child welfare. There he also spent time working with Federal reviewers on Child and Family Services Review and then joined the Clark County Department of Family Services as its manager of foster care and adoption placement. In 2007 Larry assumed responsibilities as the Quality Director for the Washington State Department of Early Learning. In 2010 Larry became the Quality Manager for what is now the Thurston Mason Behavioral Health Organization (TMBHO).
