Jason O'Brien

Jason O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason began their career at Concordia University Irvine, where they worked as a University Advancement Worker and later became a Call Center Manager for the Phonathon donation drive. During this time, they researched and developed new ways to engage students with donors, assisted with office organization, and managed a team.

After their time at the university, Jason joined Sage Health Services as a Mental Health Counselor. In this role, they conducted in-home therapy sessions, practiced conflict resolution, mediation, and talk therapy, and developed specialized therapy plans.

Following their work at Sage Health Services, Jason worked at Altea Research Institute as an Outreach Coordinator. Here, they managed outreach and recruitment activities for psychiatric research, coordinated online recruitment portals, and conducted telephone interviews to screen new participants.

Subsequently, Jason joined Maxim Healthcare Services as a Healthcare Recruiter. In this position, they were responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals.

Currently, Jason works as a Recruiter at Behavioral Health Solutions.
