Todd Cox

Todd Cox has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Todd'smost recent position was as the Executive Vice President of IT at Behavioral Health Systems, where they started in May 2023. Before that, from June 2020 to May 2023, Todd worked as a Consultant.

In 2018, Todd took a sabbatical to be the primary caregiver for their wife, who had pancreatic cancer. During this time, they also performed limited consulting work.

Prior to their sabbatical, Todd held multiple roles at Greenway Health from 2013 to 2018. Todd was the Vice President of Cloud Engineering/Infrastructure/Hosted Operations, where they built and managed a team responsible for hosting electronic medical record and practice management software. Todd also served as the Vice President of Software Development for the Community Healthcare Center (CHC) division, overseeing the delivery of healthcare software.

From 1996 to 2013, Todd worked at SuccessEHS, where they held various positions, including Chief Technology Officer/CIO, Director of Database and Information Technology/CIO, Director of Database Technologies, Director of Software Development, and Senior Software Engineer. Todd led software, systems, database, and network engineering teams, developed ECRM and client billing systems, migrated database platforms, and expanded product functionality.

Todd began their career in 1991 as a Lead Software Engineer in the United States Air Force, where they oversaw software engineering efforts and developed programs for base-level systems modernization.

Overall, Todd Cox has extensive leadership experience in IT, healthcare software development, and database management.

Todd Cox attended Troy University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.

In terms of additional certifications, Todd holds the following credentials:

- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which was obtained in February 2023.

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in January 2023.

- Sun Certified System Administrator for the Solaris Operating System from Sun Microsystems, acquired in April 2009.

- Todd also possesses an expired Oracle Certified Professional DBA certification from Oracle, although the obtained month and year are not specified.
