Bailey Morton is a Clinical Operations Manager at Behavioral Innovations since July 2021, previously holding roles as an ABA Intern and Registered Behavior Technician. Prior experience includes serving as a Neurodevelopmental Teacher at Jacob's Ladder Neurodevelopmental School & Therapy Center, where Bailey worked with students with various diagnoses and collected progress data. Additional experience encompasses a Development Intern role at Camp Twin Lakes, where event logistics for fundraising were planned, and a Public Health Intern position at Georgia College Women's Center, which involved program development and a presentation at a leadership conference. Early career experience includes working as a waitress at Metropolis Cafe. Bailey is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Colorado Denver, following a Bachelor's in Public Health from Georgia College & State University. Study abroad programs have also been completed in Spain and Belize.

Behavioral Innovations was founded over 20 years ago to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids diagnosed with Autism. Our services are specifically designed for children under 10 years of age who are facing social, developmental or communication challenges associated with autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavioral Innovations currently has over 70 therapy centers across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. We continue to grow to new areas so families can receive the best-in-class care and support for children with autism.
