Cal has spent the last 10 years specializing in the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis, across children, adults, and parents.
He has worked in both homes and the school setting with children and families and consulted with supported living staff for adults across a broad range of disabilities.
In 2011, Cal received his Master's Degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and in 2012, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
