Michelle Shelby

Michelle Shelby has extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Behavioral Perspective Inc since October 2019, Michelle's previous position as Manager at PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA involves a variety of responsibilities including taking orders, food preparation, and customer service, a role held since November 2014. Additionally, Michelle demonstrated leadership skills as Crew Lead for the Student Conservation Association in the summer of 2016, guiding young adults in hands-on activities and tool usage, following an earlier tenure as Assistant Crew Leader from July 2014 to September 2015. Michelle holds a degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, attained between 2013 and 2017.
