Alyssa Broaddus has extensive experience in the field of education and behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Progression, Inc. since January 2022, Alyssa implements behavior plans, participates in caregiver training, and conducts data analysis. In addition, Alyssa tutors at Thrive Tutoring and previously interned with Metro Nashville Public Schools, where contributions included organizing professional development events and conducting research on pronoun awareness. A graduate research assistant at Vanderbilt University and a special education teacher with the School District of Manatee County, Alyssa has developed and implemented individualized education programs for students on the Autism Spectrum. Alyssa holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Towson University.
