Anil Prasad

Anil Prasad is currently the VP of Corporate Marketing at Behavox. Prior to this, they were the Head of Communications at Abnormal Security from January 2021 to December 2022. There, they led global brand messaging, public relations, corporate and web content, design, and social media for the AI-based email security leader. Anil successfully rebranded the entire company and delivered top-tier media placements, including 100+ broadcast appearances and 250+ articles across platinum, tech, and vertical publications in 2021.

From January 2017 to December 2020, Anil was the Vice President of Marketing at Kespry, a pioneering drone-based aerial intelligence leader serving the insurance, construction, mining, aggregates, and oil and gas industries. Their responsibilities included PR, AR, corporate messaging, branding, product marketing, social media, web management, design, and thought leadership content.

Before Kespry, Anil served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Progress from January 2013 to December 2016. In that role, they were responsible for Progress’ global communications strategy and execution across all channels including media relations, analyst relations, thought leadership content development and placement, social media amplification, and employee communications.

Anil began their career in technology marketing in 2008 as a Campaign Director at Bonfire Communications. Anil then moved on to Qlik in 2009 as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications where they oversaw all aspects of Qlik’s corporate communications program including media relations, analyst relations, thought leadership content development and placement, social media amplification, and employee communications.
