Kurt Woerpel

Kurt Woerpel has over 27 years of experience in finance and accounting. Kurt began their career in 1993 as the Chief Financial Officer at Carden Jennings Publishing. In 2010, they became the Founding Partner of Woerpel and Company, LLC, and the Chief Financial Officer of Cavion, Inc. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Focused Ultrasound Foundation and Expedition Trust Company, respectively. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer of BeHealth Solutions, LLC. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Offlease, LLC, and Edison2, LLC, respectively. In 2019, they joined SafeGuard Cyber as the Finance and Accounting Services, and in 2013 they became the Chief Financial Officer of American Bioenergy Exporters, LLC.

Kurt Woerpel obtained a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia between 1980 and 1984. Kurt then returned to the University of Virginia to obtain an MS in Accounting between 1989 and 1990. In May 1992, they became a Certified Public Accountant.
