Sarah Howell is an accomplished entrepreneur and business coach with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Facilitator at Behind Closed Doors and a Business Mentor at Mentor Walks, Sarah also coaches for Generation Thrive and leads Define Success - Business and Personal Coaching, which Sarah founded to assist hospitality and service-based businesses in achieving growth and operational efficiency. As a Founding Partner in several establishments, including Vodka Bar and Ruby Red Flamingo, Sarah has a deep understanding of restaurant and nightclub management. Academically, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is pursuing a Professional Coach certification from the Life Coaching Academy.
