The company is headquartered in San Diego, California,  and services large corporations, private clients, major sports and news broadcast companies, venues, concert tours, PGA golf events, corporate marketing tours, and major sporting events throughout San Diego and across the globe.

This team is responsible for maintaining flexibility and adapting to last-minute changes, guaranteeing that every detail of the catering and event experience meets the company's high standards. Comprising the Director of Operations, Operations Assistants, Warehouse Manager, and Warehouse Operations Associate, the team works collaboratively to support kitchen, on-site, and warehouse functions, ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently.
