Jon Rauner

Jon Rauner possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various key positions in reputable companies. From October 2018 to October 2021, Jon served as the Director of Human Resources at Behlen Mfg. Co., following a role as Talent Engagement Manager. Prior to that, Jon was the Branch Manager at Associated Staffing for a brief period in 2018. At Columbus Hydraulics Company LLC, Jon worked as an HR Recruiter/Generalist from May 2016 to June 2018, and from December 2011 to May 2016, Jon contributed to BD as an HR Partner and HR Representative.
