Tom Boal

Thomas Boal currently serves as President & Chief Executive Officer at Behlen Mfg. Co. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of President at Behlen Building Systems from June 2018 to November 2021. Thomas has extensive experience in the metal building industry, having served as President of the MGMA Group at NCI Building Systems, Inc. from February 2004 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing a $215 million P&L and overseeing 220 employees. Thomas' earlier roles include Vice-President of Engineering and Drafting and Director of Research & Systems Development within the NCI portfolio and Regional Sales Manager at Butler Manufacturing. Thomas holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University.
