Mr. Thomas joined Behrman Capital in April 2018 as a Vice President and became a Principal in January 2021. He currently serves on the boards of Micross Components and kSARIA. Previously, he was a Vice President at Centre Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he worked for almost ten years on numerous buyouts and leveraged recapitalization transactions in the consumer and business services industries. Prior to Centre Partners, he was an Analyst in the investment banking department of Jefferies & Company where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions across a variety of industries, including consumer, automotive, healthcare and telecom.
