Harley Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan joined Behrman Capital in March 2023 as an Operating Partner. He has had more than 40 years of operating experience in the Specialty Industrials sector with particular expertise in highly engineered product manufacturing. He currently serves as CEO of Waterline Renewal Technologies where he leads growth and strategy. He was most recently President and CEO of Tronair, a Global Supplier of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment. Prior to joining Tronair, Mr. Kaplan led several successful exits from various PE-backed ventures including Dexter Magnetics, a highly specialized design and build manufacturer of magnetic circuits for the Medical, Oil and Gas and Electronics Industry and Rath Gibson, a manufacturer and global distributor of Stainless Steel and titanium tubing.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kaplan held positions with The Marmon Group, where he served as CEO of Wells Lamont and Koehler Bright Star, IDEX Corporation, where he served as Group Vice President of the Fluid Distribution Group, as well as Goodrich Aerospace and The Scott-Fetzer Corporation.
