Jiannan Zhang

Jiannan Zhang is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a BiW Engineer at Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. since December 2017, Jiannan previously worked at BYD America Corp as a Manufacturing Process Engineer from August 2016 to November 2017. Jiannan gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California in early 2016, overseeing student project teams and revising exam solutions. Earlier work includes a research assistant role at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, focused on water recovery using solar energy, and an internship at Beijing Aerospace Huixin Technology Co., Ltd., assisting in mechanical design. Jiannan holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (2010-2014).
