Michelle Lee has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being a Climate Finance Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in the Climate Finance Access Network at RMI. Michelle also gained experience as an Africa Practice Intern at Eurasia Group and as a Research Assistant and Research Associate Intern at FHI 360. Michelle also engaged in a Study Away program at the School for International Training, focusing on Rwanda: Post-Genocide Restoration and Peacebuilding, although the specific duration of this program is not provided.
