Afiq Akmal bin Zainal Abidin

Afiq Akmal Bin Zainal Abidin is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at GHANLaw since January 2023, Afiq is responsible for guiding the firm's strategic direction and managing daily operations. Since October 2019, Afiq has also served as Legal Counsel for BEWG (M) Sdn Bhd, providing legal support to upper management in one of China's largest water business companies. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Legal Assistant at Jahaberdeen & Co from May 2017 to September 2019 and as a Legal Assistant at Shahir Khubayb & Co from April 2016 to April 2017, where Afiq contributed to legal advocacy and transaction structuring. Afiq holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, completed in 2016, following education at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Lumpur.
