Leo Paguada is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Orden Global LATAM, responsible for directing and supervising operational tasks across Latin America. Additionally, Leo holds strategic partnership roles at BeInCrypto, Coincaex, ACUCRIP, and Blockchain Nicaragua, contributing to various initiatives since 2018. Leo also functions as the President of Blockchain Honduras and serves as the COO for Decentral Academy in Central America. Leo’s educational background includes a Licenciatura in Civil Engineering from Universidad 'José Cecilio del Valle'.
