With a background in construction engineering and business administration, Jaap has successfully managed and overseen numerous development projects with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Additionally, Jaap has been actively involved in industry committees, such as the NRW New Generation Committee, emphasizing knowledge sharing and future-oriented activities within the retail sector.
