Birgitte Vendel

Birgitte Vendel is currently the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Beirholm, where she oversees the Purchasing department, SCM department, Logistic, and Warehouse. She is responsible for pricing and costing systems, compliance in the supply chain, and ensuring the right profile of the supplier portfolio. Birgitte has a background in purchasing and management, having worked at Danisco as a Purchasing Manager and at Dansk Supermarked as a Purchasing assistant. She has also completed executive management courses at INSEAD and holds degrees in International Marketing, English Language and Literature, and French and German Language and Literature.
