Christian Douma

Christian Douma is an experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on the UK and offshore international markets at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Christian served as Project Lead for the Maxima Combined Cycle Power Plant and participated in the BrandSafway Leadership Programme before overseeing the project reorganization in Australia. Additionally, Christian has held significant positions at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services focused on offshore Europe, and took on an interim leadership role with PBS by Ponticelli for AIC after winning a General Maintenance & Operations Contract. Previous experience includes business development and project management at Venko Groep BV, with responsibilities ranging from strategy support to implementation of European Customs Code in offshore projects. Christian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Change Management from the University of Groningen, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Windesheim.
