Petra Wodecká

Petra Wodecká is currently the Country HR Manager for Bekaert in the Czech Republic, where they oversee HR processes, employee engagement, talent development, communication, recruitment, and compensation systems. Prior to this role, Petra served as HR Manager at BREMBO CZECH s.r.o., managing human resources and implementing global procedures at the manufacturing site in Ostrava. Earlier in their career, they were the head of HR at ŽDB GROUP a.s., where they led various HR initiatives, including personnel management, safety, and corporate culture transformation. Petra is currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Law in Business at Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava.
