Dilek Ohril Öztürk has over 25 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. DİLEK started their career as an intern at Kırklareli Cam Fabrikası in 1994 and then worked as an intern at Aksu İplik in 1995. DİLEK then joined Şahinler Mensucat as an HR employee from 1996 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as an HR employee at Bilkont Tekstil until 2014. Currently, they are working at BekaertDeslee as the HR People and Culture Development Chief since October 2020.
