Paola Ramos

Paola Ramos has held various roles throughout their work experience. Paola currently serves as the Director of Account Management at BekaertDeslee starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Accounts Manager at the same company from November 2020 to August 2022. Before joining BekaertDeslee, Paola worked at MFI International where they held multiple positions including Chief Strategy Officer from August 2019 to May 2020, Director of Sales and Marketing from January 2016 to August 2019, and Marketing Director from June 2006 to January 2016. At MFI International, they were responsible for creating marketing strategies, managing brand image, and identifying new markets. Earlier in their career, Paola worked as the General Manager at World Trade Center El Paso/Juarez from December 2003 to April 2005, where they successfully increased membership and customer retention. Paola also worked as a New Business Development Coordinator at Novamex from October 2000 to November 2003, focusing on market research for food and beverage consumer brands targeting the U.S. Hispanic market.

Paola Ramos attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business. In 2000, they also briefly studied at Charles University, focusing on European Studies/Civilization. However, no specific degree was mentioned for their time at Charles University.
