Rafael Rodriguez brings extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as EVP Americas and President North America at BekaertDeslee, Rafael has previously held key positions at Hollander Sleep Products, LLC, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Manufacturing Officer, and Senior Vice President of Manufacturing. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at KDH Defense Systems, Inc., and as EVP Operations and Supply Chain at WestPoint Home. Rafael also served as Vice President - Market Leader at Operations Associates, demonstrating a strong track record in operational excellence and strategic management.
